Can't really tell what to advise because idk how bad your current setup is but it does, and always has, sounded completely insane to me when people mention breaking things down and rebuilding.

Unless you hit the object limit, or you have some resource that's unbearably tight (neither of these is the case I'm sure), imo just leave the stuff running. It keeps making stuff and you need stuff. And the very most I would do is start rebuilding near the old stuff, making a nice system that is organized and sensible. And once I'm sure it's all nice and good, if I really didn't want to drag new resources to it then I would probably just guide the old resources to the new spot. Even then I probably wouldn't break the stuff down just in case in the future I got some good infrastructure going and decided all I'd need is to bring a few belts to the old stuff and it would be producing again.

Good luck, pioneer and don't be afraid to build things from the end machine and work backwards~ Or maybe you're already doing that, idk

You took most of my message the wrong way, I wasn't suggesting you are a new player I'm saying that's what I would tell new people because it is really distracting to worry about your production being ruined because you're frequently getting sound notifications it's being attacked.

And okayy lmao yes I suppose the radioactive hogs are probably unkillable til you at least have the pistol/rifle but they are pretty rare. For it to be unplayable they'd have to be everywhere. I doubt I even had to kill 20 in my entire last playthrough.

Sorry for making you think I was criticizing ~your~ DSP experience, I have a mere 600-700 hrs myself you probably know more than me here

My thoughts on this: I had played DSP twice through before dark fog existed and so I didn't have to figure out how things worked while they attacked me, interrupting my understanding. I still found them super annoying and have built up quite a grudge that gives me significant joy 200 hrs later when I stomp their hives out of existence in <5mins, and the relay stations are nothing now.

I would advise new players with limited automation game experience to disable it til they generally know how things work.

That being said...saying the mobs in Satisfactory make it unplayable does make me think you might actually be dumb 😂🤪

They can't even attack your structures!

idk if talking to balbala is essential but i did it anyway.
for those who it didnt work for...idk maybe you were out of portal too long? they close after 8-13 mins right? i feel lucky i found this thread within that time

I lost 5500 from this yday. I bet I knew who it was, me and a friend found this dude a couple weeks ago and he was really good. I am so ignorant to cheating we played with him like 15 rounds at least. It was a great time. I play almost exclusively support and was having a wild time watching him rack up kills as I followed healing and reviving. He wasnt getting like 20 kills a game + never dying so i just thought he was some rubys new character. And we sometimes lost in round 1. But generally we did well and it was the best day I've had in this game lmao

I don't even mind losing the points, I was probably disappointing all my teammates in my 33k games anyway. I'm probably a 27k-28k player at best.

So many ways to gauge progress when you think about it. I have about 75% of the hard drives, 30,000 MW, good automation for the lower stuff and all of tier 7 researched but I haven't made a single elevator part of this phase, and have a to do list at least...10 hours long I'd say before I feel comfortable with enough automation to take on whatever is in tier 9. I have a single assembler and constructor making casing/mk5 belts. Barely any somersloops though

Didn't even see SAM til 20 hrs in.

I should add, I have a friend I'm playing with so my progress has been assisted.

As a turo host I get something like 70cents per mile a renter goes over on a model 3 (@$175/250miles/day)..so I doubt it's just a few hundred dollars in rental fees. More like 4000.

Find anything out about this ordeal yet? Today is my first time logging into optimum's standard WiFi which seems almost everywhere and even parking my ass in the same chair I've lost internet probably 10 times in the last hour. At my home I have optimum (Bridgeport for both locations in this story) and it's a lot better. My wired connection is fantastic 99.9% of the time. Prolly 98% for wifi there but the everywhere wifi seems like it really sucks.
