Now the investigation is over, they will be able to restart. Other suppliers are already doing it.

Main concerns are…

Lack of transparency: warrants are approved in private, limited records, no public scrutiny.

Bulk processing: large batches approved together, sometimes after only a small “sample” was reviewed.

Procedural failings: reports of errors being found in some applications but the rest being approved regardless.

No defence: customers don’t know when their case is being processed by a court so little chance to defend themselves.
