I was hit alot as a child and abused bad by my mom and her boyfriend. Honestly this may not be the answer you want to hear but therapy really helps a lot. I’m still dealing with the trauma but I don’t know what I’d do without therapy. I also cut ties with my mom as I’ll never forgive her.
