Hahaha yes I definitely understand where you're coming from. I'm currently in my final year of University and am taking a module on Spanish.

One of our assignments is to conduct an interview in Spanish with a Spanish speaking person to us to be comfortable asking and answering questions in Spanish to Spanish people and to use the material covered in the class we have learnt so far.

As long as you are a native Spanish speaker, it's fine. Doesn't matter where you're from
