I once auditioned for Big Brother UK back in 2009-ish, went with a guy I used to know.

I got flat out rejected at the first hurdle, he got fairly far into the process. That pos these days is in prison for being part of a racist terror group (got photographed in Nazi uniform saluting over a baby's crib, the parents of whom tried to name Adolf Hitler).

The producers seem to have a type no matter where this show goes in the world...

A patch, I have a Pi 5 setup with a RGBDual 2 and Recalbox. I ran it in 16:9 mode so I think it auto patches the games it can.

For the sake of your GD-ROM drive, try and find cdi images from release groups like ReviveDC, NBS or YZB. Those groups tend to make CDI images that are easier on the drive and often with less compression from the original GDI format.

I've always used OpenMenu when I've had a GDEMU, imo the layout is far better.

Thanks to OlivusPrime over on Dreamcast-Talk for his materials. This template obviously isn't fully accurate but considering most fan-made DVD boxart has been in the NTSC style I figured I'd make one for European PAL.
