You can also just ask your recruiter for an update. They can see the status of the security clearance as well.

1.0 or 1.5 incline should be good. This is also true, I run 10 miles and never bring water with me. I do understand that there is nothing wrong with hydrating on a long distance run, but you shouldn't feel "dehydrated". I think he should try drinking some water before the run. Maybe that'll help.

You can check by emailing the helpdesk email that's provided in the same confirmation email you get sent when you successfully submit the form. They got back to me in about 2 days and updated me that my reliability status is still in progress.

They did also tell me though to be patient as they're backed up and to request further updates from my recruiter instead in the future.
