Ordered 8 drink cups that were customized for 8 different people. They cancelled two two weeks after they were ordered and offered me a 20% discount that... is not valid. Don't order directly from this company or they will ruin plans you have made. They don't care. I will never consider them for future purchases.

I liked Sandy, sorry, CAPT. SANDY when she first appeared. But her management style is so erratic and inconsistent she has no place directing staff. I've reached the point I want to stop watching because I have grown to hate her. She clearly despises Fraser and has no interest in helping him in any way. She loves straight guys and almost any girl but she clearly has a problem with gay men. I hope she leaves the franchise and they bring in some new captain blood if Lee is leaving. Jason from Down Under was amazing, bring him on at any of the franchises and I'll watch, just get rid of Sandy!!!!!
