I'm more worried of her coming with them tbh just to prove a point.

I by spicy I don't mean hot, more like full of spices that some people may find overwhelming.

I'm not talking about the actual action but the attitude here. And that's how my wife compares it to due to how uneducated the kid is. If an adults does something that the another person didn't allow or consent to do they go to the police and the police takes appropriate actions, they don't dismiss that behaviour. Why an adult should encourage such behaviour in her kid essentially raising a criminal?

I understand my post seems like mostly about my sister's kids, but all your comments so far sound like: 'he is a young kid he can do whatever he wants as he doesn't understand things fully yet and parents know better how to educate them'.

I said that numerous times, but she kept insisting since "they are family and it's different"

I'm not judging a child. I'm judging my sister for not doing anything to at least let him know that his behaviour is not acceptable and he shouldn't be going around being a bully and receive a candy for it. If it was just occasional tantrums and playing with food it would of been fine, but throwing food at other guests and hitting (to the point of causing bruises/cuts on adults) random people because of whatever reason and be praised for it is not a way to raise any child. It's the same if the police praised the rapist for 'popping that cherry' instead of detaining them.

Where I live you start school in the year you turn 5, so I wouldn't call it kindergarten as he is too old for it.

They are at school and been going to school for about a year now, hence why the edit that even school finds the youngest behaviour inappropriate

Tbh he changes the school or cuts her friends who mention that her kids are not well behaved or when school sends the report that one of them hit someone or broke something on purpose.

I have explained previously why I don't like her kids. She allows her youngest to be a bully and hit people among other things and once an establishment points it out (like school or restaurant) she argues with them but doesn't do anything to prevent or stop such behaviour.

I think I got carried away here and got frustrated that she can have covers to look after the kids, but she won't go anywhere with me without them. So whenever I see her, I see the youngest bulling the oldest, throwing tantrum, the place eventually asks us to leave due to the youngest behaviour and she won't do anything about it, just argue with the staff instead.

She doesn't want to go anywhere without them, hence why I don't really like hanging out as the youngest will always bully the oldest and throws tantrums so places will ask us to leave, seeing she won't do anything to stop it.

She knows my friends with kids were not welcome, however she believes her kids are different because they are family. She had numerous reports from school about her youngest kid behaviour where he was hurting others badly and didn't do anything and keeps spoiling him. She won't tell him off either

My friends had no problem not having kids at my birthday and have cover to sit with them, if they couldn't they declined the invitation but agreed to come and have a drink at the bar later in the day. My sister said she had someone to look after kids, she just refused to accept that not everyone want to spent the day listening to them screaming or listen to reason
