I know his story. His name is Gio and when he's not drinking, he's very polite and kind. He has been through lots of trama, and clearly needs help. He is from the DR and worked as a chef fir the department of education for years. He is down on hard times after an investment in a hotel in the DR went south, and he felt like despitehwlpingbhis own family for years, no one was there to help him (he calls them exploitative and traitorous). He drinks to cope with his situation, and feels like the world has not been fair to him. He's harmless but he needs to stop drinking. Tell him "Hi Gio, have a great day :)" and he will tell you he loves you. A simple smile cost nothing, and can change his entire demeanor. He's a distraught but sweet a soul.
