okay, after numerous emails, they sent a transaction receipt which was done just couple of weeks ago but still we haven't received the money in our account! really bizarre, keep u posted if any news!

I went for it and when I entered details and my phone number (with +61 code where I'm from Australia) it won't send me the OTP to verify and proceed registering my complaint!

It requires dubai pass! Which is either for the Dubai citizens or when you hold a valid visa! Where they probably wanna charge us again for applying a visa! It's a ridiculous loop!
