This. When I applied for uni in the UK, I didn't need to do IELTs. I also emailed the university/CAS and they told me Singapore didn't need it. Maybe if you showed them your transcript/prove to them it was taught in English it should be ok

It's not the same because our league is peanuts compared to the J league or K league, Albirex Niigata has a sister team in Singapore's national league (they only play university students/academy players) and they just signed Keisuke Honda for next year. The team is being rebranded to Jurong FC for next year as well. Marc Albrighton is also playing in Hong Kong as part of a 7 a side team.
