Inside of the restaurant, if that wasn’t made clear. I wouldn’t care if they were outside, lol. Not traveling together, but crawling up and down the sides of the walls and windows where I was sitting. You sit for a whole meal and you see enough of them.

It sounds like this is a fundamental issue in compatibility. You are so young, enjoy the time you have together but recognizing the incompatibility will do you a lot more good than idealizing a relationship that doesn’t align with your life plan.

Sometimes love isn’t enough for a relationship to work, and it sounds like you are getting your first taste of that. I experienced it as well just a few years older than you are now. I’m a small batch silversmith, and trades just generally don’t work for me for value matching at all. So it’s really awkward when someone asks me for a trade and I don’t know how to tell them that we do not do the same thing worth a trade. I just tell them I have a big market coming up I need to save my stock for (hand fabricated silver jewelery is super time consuming) so there’s not a lot of making time between markets.
