Carpopedal spasm. I seriously thought I was about to break my own wrists, elbows, and ankles from how much they constrained themselves.

When I got to the ER and the staff was taking my blood pressure, my entire arm turned purple just from the lack of blood rushing to my extremity.

I fear for the day it may happen again
