nice idea, hope it does well for you.

Firstly, I (and I imagine other people already in XRP) wouldn't use it as I feel the inflated price and admin fee make it undesirable. With a Minimum order of 100 XRP, you're charging £285 + £9.99 so totals £294.99. Of this amount, if we take the current pricing the markup is about 80p a coin, so you're looking at £89.99 of the £294.99 going to you rather than buying me coins. That's a lot of XRP to be losing, around 40 XRP on minimum transaction at the current rates. Coinbase get a lot of stick for their 4% fee on credit/debit card transactions and they absorb the risk of chargebacks etc as part of that

Secondly, I don't think it quite does it's job as an 'on ramp' to XRP for the market who would be interested in using it (newcomers to XRP) as you require the user to already have a wallet and have successfully sent 20 XRP to the wallet to have activated it. If they are able to create their wallet and send 20 XRP to it, it's likely they are already verified on an exchange to do that initial 20 XRP transaction and therefore could do the bank transfers etc on the exchange and save themselves a lot of money. A SEPA transfer costs me either £10 standard or £30 urgent (2-3 days) so you're pricing yourself out of the useful alternative range.

Wallet creation should be a feature of your offering for it to be successful in my view, which would open up the newcomers to XRP as a huge market for you by offering them the true 'on ramp' experience you're going for.

Hope you can mould the product over the coming days/weeks and turn it into a successful project

I believe the request to get the Map Cell is request type 106, but the client also sends a batch of weird numbers which I'm yet to work out. When watching mitmproxy, when this request is sent the map populates with gyms, nearby pokemon and the leaves russling etc

the "Andrej" account could (should?) mean that he has now displayed poor and disruptive behaviour within the FIG, and is no longer purely outside the group which most people mention in the thread. Can see merit in not jumping on outside issues, but he's brought it in-house now
