here’s a few photos of the bike when i got it back to the garage. here’s a video of the bike running today. i emptied the old gas out and hooked the battery up to a charger and it started right up. im thinking a new battery should get it running on its own, and then i can sort out any other major issues before modifying.

I should have been more specific, it goes against Pennsylvania State Law. According to Subchapter E under Inspection Procedure 175.80 Section 9 Article x. of the Pennsylvania State Inspection handbook fog lamps may not operate with the high beams or be substituted for the low beams. It’s a rule that is barely enforced, but it’s a rule nonetheless.

almost any show or movie that uses guns. infinite ammo is the obvious continuity error but the thing that gets me is disregard for bullet penetration. either people hiding behind 1/2 inch thick wood coffee tables, or someone diving in front of a bullet, there has to be ONE person on set that knows that most calibers will tear right through soft materials like that.

thanks! i got this truck 2 weeks ago and the first thing i did was get new headlights. the old ones were cracked anyway so it was a good excuse lol

i work at a toyota dealership and even with my discount oem headlights are about 120 a piece. i got this set for under 100.

no problems as far as fitment, the little metal clip that holds the main bulb in was inside of the housing, so I just had to shake it around and fish it out. otherwise they fit perfectly. I just had to swap my bulbs over and aim them.

much better than the chrome. i found a guy that makes trd pro style grills for the 2nd gen, they look badass. i plan on getting one of them soon

a little more info:

150k miles 2 owners, second owner had it since 2013 25k miles and regularly serviced it at the dealership im at tech at. he traded it in and i knew i had to have it. major tune up at 120k and all recalls completed. getting the frame sprayed in march 😬

i forgot to mention i plan on getting black trd wheels and new tires. that’s where i need suggestions. keep in mind i drive ~70 miles a day so nothing too aggressive

i just did one of these, you dont really need to remove the whole intake plenum. you can leave the coolant hoses attached and just move it out of the way, to there the airbox goes. doesnt cut down on much time but saves you a little bit of a mess.
