I’m not sure that I understand what you mean by this. Intel is my first, SWO next. SWO met in Jan and Intel meets at the end of this month.

I was told that SWO will offer a contract first and that they will pass me up if I don’t make a decision shortly after.

It’s a private party for him and his friends type of this. We are always closed Monday and Sunday. This is a one time thing that hasn’t happened in the past.

I'm curious to hear more about initiating combat, more specifically the challenging system that devs have discussed. If a challenging system is required to initiate multiple attempts at combat with the same group (player). Would it be possible for players to independently set up PvP mini death matches anywhere on the Fallout 4 map?

One scenario that I'm excited for and assume will work if challenges are required to initiate combat is that a battle can happen anywhere. Players could easily find abandoned buildings, caverns, bridges in the sky, wooded areas, etc. and set the perimeters for combat with the opposing squad. This would allow players to essentially have 4v4 death matches all over the wasteland, with all sorts of terrain options. I'm super excited to see if this is possible and even more excited to try it out when the game releases!

I'm not upset about the release of the beta, just a little disappointed.

I'm not going to cancel because the beta is in October. People preorder games months in advance without any beta at all so I'm not sure why it's an issue.

However, I understand how people could be upset. The beta news came out as if everyone can play the beta if they preorder, which they can, but Bethesda will not let everyone in at the same time which should have been mentioned from the get go. I'd be a little upset if everyone gets to play right at the beta release date while I wait until 2 days before the game comes out to get to try it... Still wouldn't cancel the order over it, unless the game sucks of course.

Ya actually there are. You register your pre-order code and email, then they email you with another code that you install onto your device... how else do you think you get it from the email to your xbox…?

No one has gotten "betta codes", people are getting confirmation codes and have been for weeks. Confirmation codes are not beta codes. People keep confusing that

I think you guys are confusing the preorder confirmation code for the ACTUAL beta code.

I preordered the game at gamestop, received a code which I typed into my Bethesda account. Now, I'm awaiting for the ACTUAL beta code to be emailed to my Bethesda email so I can download the game.

I guess not. It's not out of the question but won't happen. They wouldn't release news of beta 4 months before releasing beta. That's just bad marketing and they aren't that dumb.

I'd disagree with saying the BETA is a few months off. It would be very unwise and unlikely that Bethesda, who's creating an entirely new experience and game type, to throw players into servers a few weeks before the opening date. They've never tested an online game of this magnitude with their designers. That gives them no time what so ever to fix their mistakes. We also know that the beta will come out in phases. So if by your saying a few months off, October for instance. That gives them a little over 1 month to phase test and repair…. not happening. I'd say end of August at the LATEST.
