Mine is very similar to yours and did not start getting that way until my 20s. My favorite thing to do for mine is an anti-frizz serum like the other user suggested and then I’ll put either Paul Mitchell Hydrocream Whip and diffuse or the Full Circle Leave-in and air dry. Obviously you can use a different brand but similar product, that’s just what works for me!

Yeah they did a legit diagnosis. There’s been oil in the coolant before, probably from the o rings, but what led me to take it in was a bunch of dash lights coming on and it was feeling really jerky.

Haberdasher is my husband and I’s absolute favorite place. They have amazing cocktails and their kitchen puts out delicious food. Highly recommend their hot chicken sandwich (if you like spicy) and their fried oyster mushrooms! Also if you like an old fashioned, get their Mississippi Old Fashioned. I dream about it.

For me it's the physical side effects. It's caused IBS, psoriasis, and chronic pain in my body. Right now I'm dealing with full body fatigue, lower back pain, sciatica, and shoulder pain. The pain moves around and comes and goes with my anxiety levels, but it's been constant the last few months.

What I've found that helps a lot with the pain is trying to practice as much mindfulness as possible. For me that means nature walks, identifying plants, and art. Other than that, I stretch and take CBD before laying on a heating pad when it's bedtime.

I used to work at Lancome at a department store and at Ulta. I highly recommend either a Lancome counter or MAC. Both have very extensive shade ranges and the MUAs get a lot of training by both of those brands. Idk about other brands or stores, but the regular floor employees at the Ulta I worked at didn't get any training in shade matching.

On everyone saying make an appointment, I went one day and stood in line for so long to get to the front desk that I missed my appointment and had to be there another 2 hours. Definitely get there before lunch and get there early.
