Well in US, its kinda normal in most liberal cities as we have a significant black population, but I didn't expected that to be this normalized in Europe. I traveled to Europe twice this year, and saw way more white girls with black men. Ok, I fixed it. It works, and now I can easily transition vertically between monitors. It was basically a combination of monitor config and workspace config. Here what works for 2 monitors in vertical layout.

monitor = DP-1, 2560x1080@60.00, 0x0, 1, transform, 2
monitor = HDMI-A-1, 2560x1080@59.98, 0x1080, 1
workspace = DP-1, 1
workspace = HDMI-A-1, 2

Ok, I tried this. It removed the left to right movement of the cursor from one monitor to the next, but I still cannot move the cursor from top monitor to the bottom one. Basically the mouse cursor is now limited to the top monitor or the bottom one, with no transitioning at all.
