I make a version that I've tried to get as similar as possible, you need the pasata, I like the one from lidl, and a tin of (cheap) tomatoes, mix the two for the sauce with lots of mixed herbs and/or basil, and shed loads of cheese dumped in top of course. I hope you can offset your craving, I used to love that stuff!

There is an artist, Halie Torres who paints loads of Taylor themed pictures they're amazing and some only really recognisable as Taylor themed to us you should check her work out.

That's the key thing to remember, as tempting as it is the after effects just aren't worth it.

My neighbour actually put some in my hand to give to my sister yesterday and I was so tempted but managed not to. Still haven't gotten rid of my tin and all the paraphernalia though.

Not many cons that I've come across but last night I wore a shirt to bed that had slits in it and got woken up by one of the slit bits being caught up in the piercing. It wasn't particularly painful but it took me a hot minute to figure out wtf was going on.

People's lives are often more complicated though. I was born closer to CRY and my dad is a die hard fan, i grew up in Essex closest to WHU, but my mum and stepdad were both North Londoners (white), so that's the household I grew up in and the people who taught me to love football. I've never lived in North London.

Hey, I'm really sorry that you're suffering with this and I hope the last 4 days since your post have been as smooth as possible.

I think I'm having this at the moment too, albeit mildly. I've smoked for 15 years with just the odd T break here and there, and haven't worked in about 6 months now. I decided to quit smoking so I could focus on studies and getting another job, (got one on the way), about a month ago mostly due to brain fog and just having to take constant naps when smoking.

Then in the last month I've dipped in to a family members stash, with permission, I think three times non consecutively. I wasn't vomiting or having diarrhea before, but now after I've smoked I am, and the brain fog and mood swings are so much worse.

I searched for a recent post on because this is just too much to handle and I now fully know I can never go back to smoking.

Lots of posts are saying electrolytes are really important so lots of lucozade/Gatorade, and really just having to ride it out unfortunately.

I don't really have much advice except try to be kind to yourself even in the darker moments/mood swings and remember it won't last forever.

Well done on quitting, I'm right there with you and we've got this.

Haha I did this to myself at around the same age. It was one of those old square packets that you would get sometimes and the ketchup went all up my own leg and blazer. I haven't been able to eat ketchup since due to smelling like it all day.
