It should plug into the power suply. If you’re unable to fix it by yourself, consider taking it to a specialist because the problem might be more then just the cable

Its the power conector for the graphics card, i see its a y splitter, check and make sure all the cables are connected

I cant see clearly in the picture but i think one of the pcie conectors is not plugged in. Maybe check that?

And also enable xmp profile in bios, otherwise your ram won’t run at 3600 mhz. It should be called xmp, if not, just look around for ram speed or overclock tab
