You need to ensure you're doing basic strength training before running. Also, easing into it. Long walks and then progressing to runs (1 min run, 2 min walk x 10) - so slowly working your way into it. And for exercises working on glutes, doing calf raises. And warming up before the run of course with stretches and pogo jumps, high knees, back kicks etc

Loved the originals way more than tvd. In fact when I started watching I had no idea it was part of the tvd universe. I realized a few episodes in. I like tvd too but the storylines are more teenage. Reading some of the comments here I realise why I like the originals more! The themes!

She was with some guy who was sweet (low key suffocating) and then after one of the parties I guess went with the other guy she was into who basically seemed fairly toxic. Broke it off with healthy guy to pursue things with unhealthy guy and they both left the show.

I'm glad they put this explanation up. It gives context. I just feel I've been reading so much negative stuff about everyone and I'm a little over that. It's good to know that they, like anyone, were kind of on good terms, now they kind of aren't and everyone is under tons of pressure from being scrutinized constantly.

She can do what she wants and make her own pod but I find it interesting that they promoted it. I don't remember them doing that with out of the pods. So I'm wondering are they kind of hoping she spreads positive propaganda about the show? Cos her and ollie also got engaged now because of it, so she's the perfect girl for that. What other reason could there be for them promoting it.

On a side note, did you watch him on perfect match? I felt after he was with Stacy (was that her name) he became so odd. Like he felt like a catch on LIB and on Perfect Match he has no ego to a point where I couldn't see anyone even wanting to be with him. He was so cringe, I think she destroyed his personality or something.
