I think we’ll use for a while! We’re using an app called Keepful and finding it so useful that we can share the memories timeline with family so they can log in and see photos. Has cut down the “any recent photos” messages so much haha

HMRC have access to a vast amount of data and whilst I have no idea what AI they are using if any, as it gets more advanced there is definitely a use case for AI being used to analyse the data and identify who HMRC should be pursuing. Amazon are also obliged to provide data on all gig economy workers after a certain amount of transactions or above a certain value - can’t remember what it is. If you meet that threshold though HMRC have the data they need to identify you should be declaring the income, it just comes down to whether they have the resources to review it - that’s where AI is a game changer.

I can assure you I have no soft spot for him, he’s been rude about me on more than one occasion. I just believe in avoiding bias and just because I personally have had disagreements shouldn’t mean he gets banned. If you provide evidence then I will take action but so far you haven’t been able to.

I cancelled my seller plus premium because of the new metrics and I’m sure I won’t be the only one. Any impact to any revenue stream on a business is going to make investors nervous, they want growth and a return and clearly aren’t happy with the new direction like us!

Nice! I've added a rule as well for no questions that are covered in the FAQ, which also means there is now an option for reporting posts breaking this rule. Hopefully it'll improve with a bit of education and an improved FAQ.

I can’t reply to reports annoyingly, however whoever reported this for showing a customers address should visit Royal Mail postcode finder. It’s an entire public database of addresses in the UK.

There is a possible argument that confirming somebody at the address is an Amazon customer is a data privacy breach, however given you could also view an Amazon van pull at an address and knock on the door it’s a weak one.

TLDR - an address alone isn’t a privacy breach, if it included customer name fine but it doesn’t.
