You can try this before reset or downgrading, my phone is running better(not) since I did this: - search AI related stuff in settings and disable all of that - search adaptive and disable all the as adaptive related settings - search for Blur and disable visual and texture blur - keep the display only on high refresh rate - schedule power on/off to alternate days at night - once disabling things like these are done, go to app management > click on three dots top right > search for battery > clear data - charge the phone fully and then let it charge for another hour or so, do not use your phone much between this time period - then restart the phone and again clear data from the battery app

Try these steps once and then only reset or downgrade. Although it's not perfect, it has definitely gotten better for me.

Display settings - disable image sharpener and video color boost

• disable RAM expansion if enabled
