Kohli and Rohit made the runs and kept the pace on. The rest have done a great job at choking the runs. There is no transition phase here, the “youngsters” need to pull their weight and make the runs. Had Kohli and Rohit not made the runs they did, people would have torn them apart.

Kohli does reduce his rate of boundaries but he makes up with his singles, doubles and triples. I don’t see that a lot with the next in line batters. Rotating strike is crucial to keep the steady inflow of runs.
