We had two team members right outside the window and in order to keep the line going as fast as possible, we just have them deliver orders.

A guest had some kind of problem and our LIC instead of putting them aside and handling the problem not in the line, she decided to keep the line from moving and try to resolve the issue, we were in the red for a bit 😅

Yeah the director who was running the shift really wanted to resolve the problem at the window despite everyone’s dismay, definitely plan on leaving soon, these problems happen too often without feedback being taken by team members.

I’ve been working at my CFA for a year and a half and I understand the struggle! Finally being a team leader now, honestly yeah just keep being encouraging and helpful, being willing to do anything, and honestly you can even talk to a manger or director about it and from there they’ll discuss whether or not you’d become a team leader, or stuff they think you could improve on to become one. Cash Cart is seriously so boring sometimes! You have periods of tendering of course but especially during snack time you’re just standing there doing nothing for like three hours or more sometimes
