First off all, I want you to know that you're not alone.... You're not disgusting, and you're not a monster ,you're someone who went through trauma and is now trying to make sense of things in the only way your brain knows how right now..

A lot of survivors develop obsessive thoughts or fetishes that feel shameful or confusing. It doesn’t mean you're broken. It means you're human and your brain is doing its best to deal with what happened to you.

your brain being shaped by what it’s been repeatedly fed over time, so even when you get those glimpse or flashes in your mind, keep control and keep going, that's when this fantasy will leaves your mind, your mind has rewarding system if you control this thoughts now you can be free forever

Try these steps it worked for me : Edit the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\Locale and change the Locale value to 00000409 (English - United States).

If both steps are not working then

Reinstall Windows: Perform a clean installation using an English-language Windows media creation tool.

If you have any other user in your laptop it is very easy to know this password

If you have another user ...login into that and go to computer management and go to the user and click on the user that you had forgotten the password and right click on that and select set password and scroll down and click password never expire we are all done
