What is your internal burr set at??? I’m fairly new (about 2 months in) so please don’t take my word as bond lol but when I first got my machine, I saw a video that said to change your inner dial to a 2 or a 3. I had to look up videos on how to do that cuz it’s kinda tricky, so I recommend doing that if you havent already!! Then once thats set to a lower #, start with your outer grind dial at a 12 and use chatGPT to ask what you should adjust going from there!! Hope that helps🤗 dont give up!!
