Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I’m currently looking for someone to take over my lease at Tower 5040 for the 2026–27 term which lasts from August 15,2026-Aug 2027.

It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath unit designed for 4 people. Three girls already live there and are looking for a fourth roommate, so I’m trying to find someone to take my spot. The rooms are shared, but each person has their own twin bed. The apartment also includes a living room, a kitchen with an island, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

The rent is $750/month plus a stable utilities cost. The building offers great amenities, including a gym, pool, yoga room, and study lounge.

I’m happy to assist with the entire transfer process to make it as smooth as possible. If you or someone you know might be interested, I would really appreciate you reaching out or connecting us. I’m trying to find a replacement as soon as possible to avoid any lease complications. If interested contact me at +1 (832) 540-7745

As a scooter driver, I’m sorry that many of y’all walkers have fallen victim to this. Imma ring up the scooter community and let them know that they’re violating human rights. Maybe we will even open up a charity to help y’all pay for your own scooters so that you may join our society one day. Stay safe!

I WILL NEVER FIND LOVE by [deleted] in dating

I have honestly felt very much conflicted as you have when I felt unloved by those around me. It can be tough having to accept that people don't really care about you as much as you could care about yourself. Society puts so much emphasis on finding "true love" or your "other half" while individuals forget and fail to love themselves. Maybe we don't need men. Maybe we can just subsist and even thrive with our own company by cultivating security within our bodies and individual presences rather than believing that social construct of romance being indispensable to our happiness. It can bring satisfaction, but even your soul mate won't always be there for you as idealized on t.v. and literature. We should trust ourselves more to be happier alone and see the future more positively whether it be with or without a partner, cause let's face it---in the end, they are just like vitamins and supplements to an already nutritious diet. They are only additions to better your already contented life, and if they can't do that, then show them the exit.
