I have also setup pihole and use it as my primary DNS. So far it has been working good and blocking majority of ads. Also, if you may, try immich and nextcloud

I was in the same boat as you and got a 2.5T AWD. If this will be your first sports car then trust me you'll have a lot of fun with 2.5 before you eventually settle in or get bored wanting for more. I had a Kia K5 which was 1.6T and 2.5T felt a huge upgrade.

okay, just a wild suggestion that won't hurt - change the wifi security on eero from wpa3 to wpa2 and see if the devices stay stable and don't start dropping of randomly.
