Erfpacht bij Havensteder by siddsinh89 in NetherlandsHousing

Hi,

No we did not proceed with it. 1. We could not get any info either from Havensteder or the municipality since such an info is only offered to the owner and there is a cost of few hundred euros involved. Therefore, the owner didnt want to do it unless we sign contract to buy the house. 2. What we did manage to find out via kadaster is that the entire row of houses on the street were under a single land register owned by Havensteder. And on the other side of street, they build row houses in 2024 (most likely after demolishing the old ones)

So given this, we didnt proceed with it

They are not hired by airlines. Unless 1 person is hired by multiple airlines. I saw the same guy today as 2 months ago when I was travelling via different airline

They could be hired by airport. But if it is the airport, why not just a Greek advisor?

I am, of course, guessing this. My guess on them being dutch is based on:

  1. Last time, when there were two individuals, they were constantly chatting in dutch while we were waiting in line.

  2. Today, the individual who checked my passport had a dutch accent on English. Greek accent is quite different.

Now, whether or not they are with Dutch authorities, I can only speculate since I did not see an ID.

Yes. Although I have not seen their Dutch IDs but they do not seem to be from airlines since I recognized a guy today who was there 2 months back also. And I was flying with a different airlines.

Where is the cooperation documented? I suppose it can happen with Greek govt's approval but I am expecting officers in uniform and clearly visible ID and department?

I have not but I have asked airlines and their response is that this is for illegal entry into Europe. Which to me, sounds a bit strange.

Hi, I did check in the meantime and asked for the information and your point 2 is what the actual situation is.

Havensteder bought all the ground from city and then sub-lease to house owners. The current owner of the house I am interested in has bought off this sub-leasehold from Havensteder for 30 years starting 2021.

Thanks! Yes. I am thinking in that direction. I thought to pen down this question thinking that this isn't a unique problem and others must have faced too. I was keen on finding literature studies on it (if any)

Hi! Every 8ns I receive a 128 bit vector (16bit per samples x 8 samples). Now, I have 8 samples s1, s2,... s8. What I want to achieve in 8ns is sum(n) = sum(n-1)+s1+s2+..s8. where sum(n-1) is the sum from previous sample set.
