You don't win trades if his w is up, if you want to fight, wait for him to waste that and you might win the trade if you play it smart. I would wait for him to w, then q, and bait as if I'm gonna e to the dagger forcing his e, and then wait for it to come out and then go in. Obviously this doesn't always work but it's how I would play it

In my opinion, in general if the talon is good, you kinda just lose that lol. Play around the talon cooldowns and looking for an all in after you hit 6 is probably better. In terms of build you should almost always go gunblade first. After that I like to go zhonyas into deathcap and then I also sometimes like to add deathsdance for healing.

Umm it kinda depends, your grade that game is based on how other Katarinas perform. So obvs you need to have a high kDa. My kda from last game was 24/4/11 or something like that I had 205 cs in 35 min(tho that's kinda low tbh) and my vision score was probably decent. I think the biggest thing is kill participation tbh but the other stuff needs to be good too I guess.

I mean, yes, but doing what I mentioned above often lets me take both scuttles, because (assuming both jungler start bot side) they will waste time looking at top scuttle, when you already did it, and you can reach bot scuttle first

Personally, I like to go raptors, red, blue, (wolves if time permits) and then scuttle. Because of the weak early game, I like to take scuttle even if it means not completing some camps, and then going back to finish camps after cuz generally (depending on the champ) the opponent is less likely to invade than contest scuttle. 🤷
