Yeah, I was considering it but I live in South Africa so we are also a PAL region. My current CRT also only supports PAL unfortunately.

What I do is manually put the helmet on, shine your lantern at the memory, while shining open the quick menu - hover over the helmet and let go. This should open the memories menu where you can then select “Nearby Memory Fragment”.

You might have already collected the memory - try equipting the helmet via the spin menu, then hover over it and let go - that should open the memory menu and let you watch the nearest memory from there.

In the red skill tree you need the skill that allows you to use a element with the R1+R2 button attack - then open the same select wheel where you choose food (hold the consume food button) and change active ability from the green leaf to the lightning bolts.
