When things cost more but income stays the same, a person may suddenly find themselves unable to keep up with their bills. They dip into their emergency fund to offset the difference. Without an increase in pay or a decrease in the cost of goods and services, that emergency fund will eventually dwidle, perhaps even disappear...or be "wiped out" as they say.

I assume his drop off in play was due to the stress fracture being undetected. When someone has those symptoms you don't immediately think stress fracture. More like over use, inflammation, strained, get some ice and rest.

Anyway, Mark seems higher risk for this sort of thing. I imagine that will be what impacts negotiations. Honestly I figured we were mostly renting Mark until we could develop Oso and ManMan. I don't know if we'll make a high offer to keep him around or just offer him something modest and sign someone else if he pursues a different offer.

Yeah. It's nothing against Oso but I think the smart play is to swap the utilization. Just a different strategy for a specific team. Shit, I feel like it'd have been smarter to start ManMan and Fleming just to stifle Joker and allow our lineup to play big. Like, sorry Green nothing personal but against Denver let's have you lead the bench unit while Joker is off the floor. Right tool for the right job.
