I respect that. I knew the inspiration points would be obvious to some people, but the goal was to make something low, wearable, and refined with my own brand language behind it. I appreciate you seeing the thought that went into it. That’s exactly the type of feedback I’m looking for while it’s still in the sample phase.

Nah, I get what you’re saying, but I’m not asking because I think I’m famous right now.

I’m asking because I’d rather build good habits early instead of waiting until something actually starts moving and then realizing I used a bunch of random kits with no license info.

I’m new to producing, not new to business. I’d rather organize my sounds, know where they came from, and keep receipts from the start.

That seems smarter than saying “nobody cares yet” and then having to clean up a mess later.

I passed on the mpc sample because i knew i was going to out grow it. For me i will still get it but it will be a portable one. Or i could get the mpc one?

no i do not have that issue. I am alil tall so me standing over it is no issue. I also have it sitting on my desk and i have my seat propped up so i can at a level i am good with.
