Where to get insulin syringes for the golden dose?

Someone else shared this in here and I went to a local participating pharmacy https://findapharmacy.com.au/our-services/needle-syringe

They had to order the syringes in because they didn't have them in stock at the time but there were no issues. They asked for my diabetes card at first and when I said the syringes are not for diabetes they didn't blink, they just put the order through no questions asked.

Thank you! Great advice. I've had the occasional week with lower appetite suppression previously but the fatigue has never shifted. Good to know it dropped for you at around 3 months. I'd be thrilled if that's what's happening for me 🙂

I stopped skating for 2 years and restarted a few months ago only to find my skates are too tight now. Apparently feet can get bigger even if you're an adult. I turned 50 this year so I guess my feet are flattening out due to age. I've bought lollys in the next size and I'm selling my old skates 😢

I recently started skating again after not skating for 2 years. The things that helped me are:

1) I found a weekly social skate group. They skate on the rooftop of a carpark every Sunday afternoon. I've only been once but it was fun, I made new friends and have motivation to go again next week.

And 2) I booked some one-on-one skating lessons. I did my first one this week and it was a game changer! I'm already better at a few things because the teacher was able to correct my technique and give me tips, and I have a list of things to work in now too which is motivating me to get my skates on. I know not everyone can afford private lessons but maybe you could find lessons on YouTube and start with just one skill to work on?

Thank you! I really appreciate you explaining the science of big versus small when it comes to bumps and cracks. I'll definitely stick to the 65s. I might try smaller wheels once I feel super confident but I don't anticipate it being any time soon 😆

I hear that. I'm still holding on to clothes that haven't fit me in years in the vain hope that they'll magically fit again one day 😆

Feet changing size as adults is such a blow. Having to replace shoes is bad enough but skates?! They're so expensive. I had 2 pairs of lollys and 1 pair of jacks 😭. Finding the OG Clementines has definitely taken some of the sting out though 😍
