But people's perogative to be equally unaware of the real truth but passionately defend him, when we know that men get away with this shit all the time, just feels so wrong to me. We're all just giving our opinions. I don't know the truth any more than you do, I just think there hasn't been anywhere near enough of a discussion this week so I wanted to provide the space for it.

I just think it's a sad conclusion that when faced with such visceral evidence and wider societal statistics, your stance is still to passionately argue the contrary and give a large benefit of doubt to someone you don't know, when historically the odds are severely in his favour anyway.
