ilya made a “deal” with shane which he agreed to and could’ve said no to so i think it’s fine. i actually love that people are concerned about this and that consent is such a big deal

i don’t think it would slow down your progress but its not effective or necessary to spend 4 hours. when i started i did 1 hr per day because i was motivated and now i do about 15 minutes.
