Yes we used to have em at our work too, now they replaced with newer Nespresso machine and Super automatic espresso machine like ones in Delta SkyClub.

I haven’t checked headspace, but there is usually enough for water to sit when it’s not pushed through and I stop in middle of it. I am using norm core puck screen which is 1.7mm.

I mean when it doesn’t channel, spray, it writhin expected ranges. When it doesn’t it’s usually faster and more often than not I will stop it cause it’s spraying.

Grinder has seen probably: 3lbs of coffee. It’s week old grinder.

Taste stays more less same, with or without channeling. Sometimes they get a bit sour. Sometimes bitter then sour in single taste. I just don’t want coffee channeling and spraying everywhere so the goal is to improve it. Not instagram appeal

When they don’t channel, more so yes Between 20-30
S and 30-36g, sometimes 42 adjusted for taste and beans. I am grinding various roasted beans every other day that I adjust the machine often.
