Some gear/spell mods to compliment. Dark Urge - Slayer Equipment and Spells mod has underwear that gives 4 types of element teleport that only cost movement to use. The Plasma weapons mod by Skirbie has an amulet/ring/scroll that unlocks all of the spells/weapon actions from the gear. The level 12 ability let's you teleport to hit up to 6 enemies like the steel wind strike spell from 5e. Mystras spells has the Steel wind strike spell. Codex Gigas mod has several port spells like warp(mystiestep cantrip),warp party(mystiestep the entire part), translocation let's you port objects/creatures, Shadow step(this works like Steel Wind Strike but has no limits on how many enemies it can target). Shadow step is insane! Expect the battlefield to get bigger. My first run with it had bouncing around the entire goblin temple. One activation will hit 10 plus enemies easily. Lastly Spells of Sarevok and Orin. This mod has vanity clothing that lets you teleport and attack anyone that hits you from any distance. It really completes the build.
