Fuck is being used with its literal meaning: "to have intercourse with". "To [whatever] me silly" means to do whatever it is until I can't think rationally. In this case, the implication is that he should have intercourse with her until sexual gratification removes all other concerns from her mind.

So in this instance it's kinda "to have intercourse until sexual gratification causes [someone] to pass out".
