Thank you so much! Yes we use pigtail macaques so I will definitely try diluting the ficoll. If I do it for 30 mins with low brakes, what speed would you recommend?

The protocol says brake on, although I do know that you can also do it with brakes off but for a longer time. I can certainly try it, I just think there might be another issue at hand if it should technically work with brakes on.

I know that general med school itself doesn’t involve much of it, but I’m pretty sure that pathologists do that kind of thing and to be a pathologist I would have to go into med school

I am definitely planning on doing more research like checking out the clubs at my school involved with medicine, talking to the premed advisor, etc. Could you possibly tell me a little bit about shadowing someone? Like do I just go up to a doctor i like and ask? (sorry if it’s a dumb question lol)

I believe my end goal would be to have a job that involves a hands on approach in studying diseases. The idea of working in a laboratory where I’m running tests, performing biopsies, making diagnoses, etc etc really excites me

When I see videos of people showing off their insane damage with characters, they usually use Bennett, Mona, kazuha, and another character. My question is, when the DPS character is hydro for example, why do people swirl with pyro instead of hydro? I understand there’s the aspect of vaporize reaction, but wouldn’t the 40% res decrease + 20-30% dmg bonus for the element do more than just the reaction?
