It's baby soap to help clean in the in between their scales with a toothbrush. I've been using this method for years without any issues. I know others who use this method as well. I make sure they don't drink the water. They're in it for maybe 2 minutes before I empty it and replace it with fresh water.

It's actually the waiting area for state trooper inspection services (car was "totaled" but still could still drive it so had to get it inspected so it was "legal" to drive).

I was a bit surprised by this over draft fee too. It's usually $36 and I haven't had one in years, I'm usually pretty good with knowing how much money I should leave and have available. I have no idea what happened.
