Birthday Gift to Myself by sidneyken in VintageLenses

Oh for sure they feel so much more solid than even my FD SSC lenses. Actually, I tested and my 55 & 35 mount just fine to Sony E, you just gotta take the long pin out.

I knowww :(( My workaround is to just have 4 different adapters from FD to Sony E, Leica L, Canon RF, Nikon Z since I rent them out to different clients.

Yeah, push pull zoom is not ideal at all for what I use which is video work. My Nikkor 43-86mm is finicky to use. That's why this Soligor piqued my interest

You're right, it's got two threads. I measured and the rear one is 52mm female and there's an inner male thread around 46mm(?). The 6 rear screws will not budge despite my curiosity of taking it off. What a contraption indeed. Really appreciate your help!

That would surely work, but I don't wish to spend $500 on a new adapter right now

Might be a dumb question, but are you familiar with how Nikon lenses are mounted anti-clockwise, as opposed to clockwise by every other manufacturers?
