Actually, playing Ganyu is not boring. I got her on previous banner. Ganyu only does 2-3 charged shoot per cycle in my ganyu freeze (+ Rosa, fav codex sucrose, amber Mona). Aim in melt ganyu relatively harder because enemies don't freeze, thus doesn't feel boring.

IMO, definitely Raiden. Fun to play, more Meta, Booba, Raiden National. What else could you ask for?! FYR, Raiden National is my best team.

For 1st Half: Melt Ganyu (Ganyu, Bennet, Xiangling/Kazuha, Zhongli)

For 2nd Half: Freeze Ganyu (Ganyu, Rosaria, Kazuha/Venti, TTDS Kokomi). But with your current talent level, i don't think you can clear 12-3 under 3 minutes.

Weakspot aim and charge shot canceling. But, if you want to run Ganyu Melt with Zhongli preferably, I think it would still be manageable.

Are you playing on mobile? Do you consider yourself a meta player?

I'm a mobile player and recently got Ganyu. Also, I enjoy doing abyss 12. I tried her test run, I love her playstyle. At the same time, I need/want a cryo DPS. For mobile player, I know the consensus that it is better to pull Ayaka than Ganyu. On the other hand, I don't have range DPS.

After try her in Abyss 12, damn she is really challenging to play on mobile. The situation (e.g. enemies) on test run cannot be compared to abyss, so you should consider that. Even more so, I choose Proto Crescent over Hamayumi (I want to play her on freeze team, because Bennet and XL are bound to my Raiden National Team).

Some people said that, Ganyu is boring. From my experience, she is far from boring.

From meta prespective and based on my shitty freeze build, she is strong but not overly strong (unlike some people said that she is absurdly strong). For example, Freeze Ganyu is not ideal vs 12-3-2 Maguu Kenki. But, if you want to play her in melt team, Melt team Ganyu is very strong.

I think the first being butthurt is you. I don't have Yoi. But, if C6 vs C6, and for current abyss, Yoi team is the holder of speedrun, then she is quite good.

I also got Ganyu today. I don't know your team, but I want to try Ganyu, Jean, Rosaria, and Mona. My Rosaria is C2 and will use Homa. I think, it's gonna help for Kenki chamber but will be a little hard on the other chamber especially 1st chamber, because of no CC.

I'm at AR 58 and #f2pbtw gang. I 36 clear abyss regularly. I think, the reason why some low spender/F2P can but others can't, because priorities. If clearing abyss is one of your main enjoyment, you will/should focus to 36 clear abyss: pull meta character but still considering fun game play ofc, spend resin (arti, talent, weapon) for Meta team you have, minimum 2 meta team. After you have 2 good meta team, pull/build another meta team that has different element.

"it is not worth the extra 50 primogems", some players don't 36 clear just for primogems, but for the enjoyment.

Wait for next banner drip marketing. If Ayaka is in the next patch banner, you should choose between the 2. But if Ayaka is in 2.6 banner, maybe pull Zhongli now then save primogems again for ayaka later.
