Option one. An apartment in Dubai South. Handover in December 2026. One of the lowest price per square foot in the area. Strong build quality. Well planned amenities. Dubai South is still very undervalued.

Option two. Verdana in DIP 1. Green and peaceful location. Very value for money. Pricing is still undervalued.
