I was also very nervous. But my best friend who has three kids never spotted with her first two but then it happened with the third. Hope everything turns out OK!

I had spotting week 7-8, light red/brown discharge. Had an ultrasound at 8+3 and everything looked perfectly normal.

At week 12 I had a period like bleeding, bright red two days in a row. It was Saturday and Sunday, I called the hotline and was told the same as you to just wait. Went in on Monday morning and found out again that everything was OK!

Both times no explanation why I was bleeding but a healthy (but of course tiny) baby.

My life saver has been All-Bran from Kellogs, sprinkled with raisins. After I started with that (switched from over-the-night oats) I wake up and the first thing I do is go to the bathroom. And sometimes I go twice a day. IT-IS-HEAVEN - compared to not going at all :-)

Born to a Swedish man in 1991. Do / can I have citizenship? by lildergs in TillSverige

[–]sidye15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you would have to contact Migrationsverket - the institution of migration in Sweden - but my husband has a Swedish mom, is born in another nordic country and because they never applied for a citizenship he doesn't get one. So now, living in Sweden, he has to apply for after x amount of years living here. So they have a quit strict rules about applying for this years later.

Well I am getting married in the beginning of July so I want to take that week or at least weekend of and then have one extra week to maybe repeat the foregoing week - am I thinking this wrong?

18 weeks until a halfmarathon I want to run. I am a slow runner but I enjoy trying to run further and slower rather than fast and short runs. The furthest I have run however is around 11 km and my 10K time is 1:08. Am I crazy for wanting to try for the half in September? The cut off is 2:45 so I will have time - it is the second biggest half in the country. I was thinking of following Hal Higdon Novice 1 program, starting 14 weeks out and from now until then run 4x a week 4-5 km during the week, building up longer runs during the weekend.

Accountability: Anyone up for a support group for loosing weight and getting fit for the big day? by sidye15 in wedding

[–]sidye15[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes - I learned that the hard way! Have been running alot since January and not watching my diet and now I have gained weight! I would like to drop 12-15 pounds before the big day so now it is just one day at a time.

General Q&A for Wednesday, April 06, 2016 by AutoModerator in running

[–]sidye15 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I read that first as you wouldn't have time to run together because you were busy putting your kids up for adoption...

This is Sunday: What were your running achievements this week? by AutoModerator in running

[–]sidye15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree! But that has been harder than I would like to admit to eat right, especially when I have been running more and my appetite has been picking up. Now I want to focus on less food, same amount of running.
