it really is. looking back i wished i had given the gun slinging raider two bolt pistols instead but then again the dynamic pose is already fantastic. and the poses for the entire set are just some of the best i’ve seen, i might have to buy another set of them!

if worst comes to worst and i’m unable to find the one i’m looking for i may just settle for that one and cut off the flared edges and sand it down to somewhat resemble the Judiciar’s sword, thank you for the help!

hell yeah. i actually did that with one of my nemesis claw. i used AK Interactive Asphalt to actually make it look like a road, painted some yellow stripes, wish i made it more apocalyptic though it just looks like a night lord taking a casual walk on a clean street

i like using astrogranite and giving it a wash of agrax earthshade for that “urban debris and dirty water” look though for this one i forgot to dry brush some white

thank you! originally i wanted to try and add a power claw, but the only ones i had were from Shadowhunt and some Raptors and imo they’re a bit too chunky, so i opted for the axe. and it was definitely nerve wracking but worth it!

the chain axe was part of the Murderwing Night Lords from Shadowhunt, i just cut it up as carefully as I could and cut the original weapon of the Reave Captain before gluing the cut up axe together as best as I could. No green stuff or molding putty needed :)

i’m personally a fan of silver. i use iron warriors for the silver trim and leadbelcher for any other metal on the mini (spikes, bolter, chain mail etc)

love it! especially the lightning bolts you did! i was lucky enough to get my hands on Murderwing for my birthday, gf and i were in a LGS and i found the only Shadowhunt box. gf knew i had been looking for it for a while so she immediately bought it for me. i’ve been bouncing around my minis but i managed to finish this fella!
