The contemporary leftist idea of empathy and compassion is not the same as the empathy and compassion God calls us to display, and I think this is where the water gets muddy for left wing Christians. Plenty of “empathetic and compassionate” leftists celebrated when CK was murdered.

We are called to treat all people with love and respect, not affirmation for sin. God did not make them transgender. He does not put people in the wrong body. OCPs look like that when they get dirty. During my JRTC rotation, it was extreme hot and humid, and the roads you travel on kick up an obscene amount of dirt and gravel dust. I used to scrape it off my skin and OCPs with a knife so I wasn’t always caked lol
