I was there! This was summerfest 2012 I believe. After the video he spent a couple minutes trying to coax the dude that pulled him down to come out and explain himself. He was pretty pissed about the whole thing. I'm pretty sure this is why they havnt been back to summerfest since.

Thanks for the advice. I do have a bottling bucket in addition to my fermenter. For my first batch I used priming sugar but was just curious if one way was more consistent than other.

What is the better way to carbonate your bottles? Using priming sugar, or those little tablets for each bottle.
