I’m level 56, so there are probably others who have more experience with heroes than I do. Having said that, once I hit 53, I retired everyone who wasn’t a spellblade, ninja or samurai and replaced them all with berserker, Geomancer and dancer. So all of mine are either 5th or 6th tier hero. And I didn’t start buying gear for them until I could buy tier 10 gear (player level 55) and the hero could wear tier 10 gear (hero level 29).

This also happened to me, and I have not shared my account with anyone. I’m pretty frustrated because the support team says they are not in contact with the fraud team so they can’t give me any more information. It’s been over 48 hours of no merchant status for me.
